• All products on our website are drawn using an iPad or hand painted onto pots. Each design may have slight variations in size and color. These variations are part of their unique, handcrafted nature.
• For all product orders we require your address, and contact information as we dispatch each order manually with care, and love.
• Custom Orders:
  • For custom orders, you must provide clear instructions on chosen font and short message (the option for this is provided on our custom card product).
  • We reserve the right to decline requests that are inappropriate or outside our expertise.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods:
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.
• Price Changes:
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4.1 Placing an Order

• When you place an order, you agree that:

4.2 Delivery

• We deliver to the UK. Delivery fees and estimated times are displayed on the products information page or can be found within our FAQs
• Delivery Issues:
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services
  • If your order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional fees for redelivery.

5.1 Handmade Items

• Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for minor imperfections, as they are part of the design.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Eligible Returns:
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Photo evidence of damaged good within packaging is provided
  • Refund requests are made within 14 days of original order
• Non-Eligible Returns:
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Stickers or other consumables once the seal is broken.
